How to adjust the deviation of laser cutting light on one side

  1. The laser emitted from the laser tube should be on the first lens.
  2. The light reflected from the first lens should be at the center of the second lens. (If it’s not correct, adjust the three screws behind the first lens. One screw behind the first lens is used to adjust the left and right directions of the laser, the other screw is used to adjust the up and down directions of the laser, and the middle screw is used to adjust the center point. Generally, it’s best not to move the middle screw.)
  3. The light emitted from the second lens should also be at the center of the third lens. If the three screws behind the second lens are not adjusted, the method is the same as above.
  4. For the previously adjusted ones, put a piece of paper at the place where the laser head emits light. Check if the laser emitted is at the center of the paper. If it’s not correct, adjust the three on top of the laser head using the same method as before until light can be emitted from the middle of the laser head hole.
